So, as you guys might’ve noticed, the blog’s been pretty quiet lately.
Yes, I have a reason. No, I haven’t been off saving the world on some crazy adventure. Well, not entirely.
Aside from some personal things, the main reason I’ve neglected the blog lately is due to a huge spike in popularity over some voice clips I did that made their way to the Marvel Heroes forums. This has been taking up a lot of my time as I’ve been taking requests, researching them, practicing them, recording, editing, uploading, and all that good stuff. The most popular character so far is Loki, of course.
I think the most amazing moment so far is when Malesur gave me massive props on his stream (found here) when he was playing around and doing a character voice then looked at the camera, said I should be doing the voices, and sent people the way of my thread on the forums. It was awesome. Anywho, check out Mal’s stream. Even if you don’t play Marvel Heroes, Mal is a really awesome guy that has a hell of a lot of fun just being crazy on camera while he’s playing. Hell, he painted himself green, literally, for the Green Project! He hand wrote nearly 100, if not more, tickets for a raffle he was hosting. He’s incredibly dedicated and definitely deserves a much bigger audience, so do yourself a favor and check him out!
You can find my thread right here. Pretty much everything I’ve done so far is there, save for some personalized thank you’s made for people who entered Monger’s beta key give away from last week! I’ve got a few things planned for the voicing, such as Richard III’s opening speech, Bad Wolf from Doctor Who, and a few others. I’ve also got a Soundcloud for all of this, too! That’s over here.
Normally I like to try to keep the reviews on the down-low so that they’re a surprise, but this week we’re going all out! With the recent release and opening of Asgaard, the addition of Loki, and breaking into 2.0, I’m going to be taking on Marvel Heroes!
That’s all for now.
You folks have fun, take care, and I’ll see you next time.
Oh, one thing before I go, if you know anyone who’s hiring voice actors, hit me up!
